HISTORY

Late in 1995, Rich Resling and Andrew Collins made a commitment to the peace officers and firefighters of Colorado Springs. Stemming from the desire to ease the financial burden associated with participating in the World Police & Fire Games, and to form a more cohesive group for participating in athletic competition, the PIKES PEAK POLICE & FIRE ATHLETIC (PPPFA) was created.
